Kitchen Worker / Cook (Serbia)
City: Subotica, Belgrade.
Salary: 600-900 euros per month depending on the candidate’s skills.
Contract:
We invite to work: women, men, 18-55 years old.
Work Schedule:
☛ floating schedule, depends on the establishment where the employee will work.
☛ 8-9working hours per day.
☛ from 08:00/09:00 to 16:00/17:00.
☛ Saturday at the request of the employee is paid in addition to the salary.

Requirements:
☛ relevant professional education in the field of culinary arts, hospitality or related fields.
☛ certificates in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical
Control Points) or equivalent – provided by the employer upon arrival in the country.
☛ for entry-level positions: minimal work experience, but internships or practical training will be very useful.
☛ for a mid-level position: 2-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
☛ for a senior level position: 5+ years of experience with demonstrated knowledge of
kitchen management, menu planning and team leadership.
☛ proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques, including grilling, baking, frying and sautéing.
☛ advanced knife skills to prepare food accurately and efficiently.
☛ strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
☛ high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
☛ ability to work in a team environment with other kitchen staff.
☛ effective oral and written communication skills in English is an advantage.
☛ ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks.
☛ genuine interest and enthusiasm for culinary arts and hospitality.
☛ knowledge of modern kitchen equipment and techniques.
☛ commitment to continuous learning and professional development through seminars, courses and industry events.
