Documents from the Candidate
1. A full scan of the passport.
2. Full-length photo.
3. Application form
4. Certificate of no criminal record.
5. Scans of certificates (if available).
6. Scans of educational diplomas.
7. Resume.
Documents from the employer: employment / housing document / a document for opening visa from the immigration service
Process
1. The candidate sends the required documents for verification. After approval by the employer, we transfer the candidate’s data for further work.
2. When the documents are ready, we send the verified documents.
Additional information:
A Schengen seasonal visa is issued. The candidate independently applies to the consulate for the visa to be inserted.
The service fee is paid when submitting documents to the consulate. The estimated cost is from 100 euros. Depends on the country where the candidates apply.
After the candidate arrives at work and works for 2 weeks, it is possible to apply for a TRC. The employer coordinates everything with the candidate and helps with the necessary documents for obtaining a TRC. The estimated cost can range from 200-300 euros and is covered by the candidate. TRC is issued for up to 1 month from the date of acceptance of all necessary documents.
TRC is issued for 1 year. The employer prepares letters of appeal, confirms the arrival of candidates for the consulate.
